• Prepare & Maintain all kinds of Import & Export Letter of Credits (LC) related documentations & reporting to the Management.
• Maintain L/C statement & documentation and all shipping documents.
• Prepare commercial documents related with banks, C&F, Customs, Shipping line and Freight Forwarders, EPB, COO etc. and liaison with them.
• Execute, monitor and manage L/C related work which includes correspondance with customer, amendment, monitoring shipment and shipping document retirement formalities.
• Contact with suppliers to send the shipping documents to the bank.
• Collect insurance cover notes & insurance policy.
• Follow-up customs UD, UP, IP, EXP collection.
• Follow-up Commercial, Export/Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/C&F, Logistic, Local Customs, VAT and Income tax documntation and other procedure of obtaining statutory permission and certificates.
