• Age At least 20 years

Professional Experience:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in export documentation, commercial, or logistics operations.

• Knowledge of export documentation and banking procedures.

• Familiarity with EXP, Bill of Lading, GSP, SAFTA, and ASYCUDA.

• Good communication, coordination, and time management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications. 

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage export operations, documentation, shipment coordination, and bank-related export activities. The role requires close coordination with internal teams, buyers, shipping lines, banks, C&F agents, and government authorities to ensure smooth and timely export execution.

Major Responsibilities:

• Prepare export documents including Sales Contract, Invoice, Packing List, EXP, and Bill of Lading.

• Coordinate shipment planning and dispatch with factory, logistics, and C&F teams.

• Process export-related banking activities including lien, SWIFT checking, and encashment.

• Prepare buyer-required documents such as GSP, SAFTA, REX, Health Certificate, and Phytosanitary Certificate.

• Coordinate with shipping lines, EPB, Customs, Bangladesh Bank, and related authorities.

• Ensure proper documentation and timely shipment execution.

• Support any additional tasks assigned by the line manager.
