Responsibilities & Context:
IFL FACTORY LIMITED is a 100% Oriented Garments Industry looking for highly ambitious and careerist, experienced to work in the apparel division for the "General Manager - Technical" position.
Technical Management:
Oversee machinery, equipment, and technology used in production.
Approve and monitor maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Evaluate and implement new technologies for productivity improvement.
Strategic & Operational Leadership:
Develop and implement production strategies to meet business targets.
Set annual and monthly production goals in alignment with company objectives.
Production Planning & Control:
Plan, organize, and oversee the production schedule.
Manage resources (manpower, materials, and machines) to optimize productivity.
Quality & Compliance:
Enforce quality control standards across all stages of production.
Work closely with the QA/QC team to meet product specifications.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and train production and technical teams.
Allocate tasks and monitor performance.
Foster a safe, disciplined, and motivated work environment.
Cost & Efficiency Control:
Optimize production costs without compromising quality.
Reduce wastage, downtime, and energy consumption.
Negotiate with suppliers and service providers when needed
Reporting & Communication:
Prepare and present production and technical performance reports to senior management.
Communicate effectively between departments to ensure workflow alignment.
Provide technical advice to management for decision-making
Any other assignments assigned by Higher Management.
