IFL FACTORY LIMITED is a 100% Oriented Garments Industry looking for highly ambitious and careerist, experienced to work in the apparel division for the "General Manager - Technical" position.

Technical Management:

• Oversee machinery, equipment, and technology used in production.

• Approve and monitor maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

• Evaluate and implement new technologies for productivity improvement.

Strategic & Operational Leadership:

• Develop and implement production strategies to meet business targets.

• Set annual and monthly production goals in alignment with company objectives.

Production Planning & Control:

• Plan, organize, and oversee the production schedule.

• Manage resources (manpower, materials, and machines) to optimize productivity.

Quality & Compliance:

• Enforce quality control standards across all stages of production.

• Work closely with the QA/QC team to meet product specifications.

Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and train production and technical teams.

• Allocate tasks and monitor performance.

• Foster a safe, disciplined, and motivated work environment.

Cost & Efficiency Control:

• Optimize production costs without compromising quality.

• Reduce wastage, downtime, and energy consumption.

• Negotiate with suppliers and service providers when needed

Reporting & Communication:

• Prepare and present production and technical performance reports to senior management.

• Communicate effectively between departments to ensure workflow alignment.

• Provide technical advice to management for decision-making
