Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should have Minimum 12 years’ experience in Ready Made Garments Sector.
∎ Candidate should have Diploma in Textile Manufactures from any reputed University.
∎ Should be able to manage develop business and increase profitability for the Company. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue and quality targets, procure orders from foreign buyers.
∎ Candidate will be responsible for merchandising and production follow up.
∎ Develop and intimate knowledge of products – including trends and shifts in sourcing direction.
∎ Ensures accuracy and timelines through high level communication and co-ordination with marketing, merchandising departments, suppliers from tech pack to shipment.
∎ All other Sourcing Head activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 500000 (Monthly)
∎ House Rent Allowance: Taka 35,000
