• 15 years of relevant experience with a large reputed organization;

• Retired Mid-level Official from BD Armed Forces or BD Police will be given preference;

• Strong and proven leadership, administrative and negotiation skills;

• Self-motivated, dynamic and capable to work under pressure;

• Strong Communication skills in English and Bengali;

• Able to use MS Office suit (MS Word, MS Excel) and email.

Responsibilities:

• Design & implement policies of corporate security (including - internal investigations, workplace violence, contract guard force, crisis management etc.).

• Ongoing review of existing security, and initiate new programs at all facilities nationwide.

• Lead the Crisis Management and Disaster Management initiatives.

• Provide leadership to support service staff through recruitment and supervision.

• Orient and train the personnel on a routine and regular basis to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

• Maintain organization`s stability and reputation by ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance.

• Keep constant contact and liaison with the Local Authorities, Govt/Semi-Govt Organizations to ensure compliance, and to create advocacy on behalf of the organization.

• Supervise all activities related to safeguarding, maintenance and management of assets.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Top Management.
