Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and Developed production procedure for garments production unit and follow up total garments production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization with full liability and accountability.
∎ Direct, lead and monitor cutting, sewing, finishing departments production from line feeding to packing to ensure the targets are meet to ship with buyer quality standard at right time in cost effective manner.
∎ Simulate and troubleshoot delays caused by production systems with relevant departments
∎ Working for 100% capacity utilization by improving the man-machine ratio and reducing all kinds of production wastage like rejection, alteration, overcutting, overproduction and extra hours of work to leads all production staff from the front and has a good command of them.
∎ Reviewing the capacity status with planning department and adjusted the delivery schedules to ensure the production is running smoothly without idling.
∎ Coordination with cross functional department like planning, maintenance, SCM, Merchandising, others team to optimize the production level.
∎ Playing a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Involving with marketing & merchandising head in new buyer acquisition, developing & execution orders.
∎ Developed and adopt new techniques and methodologies to increase the cost-effective production with buyer quality standards
∎ Take initiative for implementing Kaizen,5's, technical and social compliance audit requirements on the Production floor.
∎ Identifying potential delay causing situations that will lead to challenges in meeting basic KPI's; cut to ship ratio, labor and machine productivity, production cost per unit, line efficiency and monitor overall garments production team KPI.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Candidate should have at least 13 years' experience in RMG sector and must have worked in similar position for 3/5 years.
∎ Candidate should have knowledge in knit garments production, determine SMV and achieving sewing line efficiency with quality garments
∎ Demonstrating discretion, confidentiality, diplomacy, integrity, honesty and openness.
∎ Knowledge of production planning, rejection control, maintaining of AQL and understanding of Industrial Engineering in apparel production.
∎ Identify development opportunities (skill development training, technical training requirements) for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of production staff form improving the overall production standards.
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities to ensure zero compliance
