Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduation from any accredited and reputed university. Technical Qualification on Textile Technology will be an added advantage.
∎ Educational Experience may be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for plan, run and lead the quality department as per buyers' quality standards (AQL, SOP, Manual, approved sample etc.);
∎ Building company image by collaborating with customers, organizations; enforcing ethical business practices.
∎ Understand all the details of orders from preventive stage of material & garment sample development, basic lab testing and its required tools / equipment, fabric inspection penalty points / system used, cutting, printing/embroidery, sewing, several types of wet & dry washing, finishing, packing, mold preventive control, pre-final and required final inspection.
∎ Ensure development, communication, implementation and maintenance of a quality plan to bring the Company's Quality Assurance Systems and Policies in compliance with quality system requirements.
∎ Gathering reference approved swatch samples as to color / shade conformity, Bulk fabric shade continuity, GSM, shrinkage, color fastness standard testing, other buyer lab testing requirements, etc.
∎ Ensure internal inspection prior to buyer's final inspection to ensure required quality as per buyer's standard.
∎ Attend buyer meetings related to quality and shipment and will fulfill their requirements.
∎ Ensure safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.

∎ Should have excellent communications skills in both written and spoken English and Bengali.
∎ Should be proficient in the use of computer, specially MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Data Base Management, etc.,
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal skills, proven ability to manage team and deal with multi-level stakeholders.
∎ Should be proactive as well as reactive and able to work in a pressured environment.
