Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Lesion with buyer/Customer/supplier’s for strong relationship building to achieve companies’ all kinds of functions.
∎ Regular stakeholder engagement, building strong relationship with frequent country update, market intelligence, product opportunities while identifying and mitigating and business risk.
∎ Execute the Production with proper plan and reach the target set by the company.
∎ Ensure smooth execution of apparel production of the assign factory based on buyer specifications and meet the buyer shipment schedule.
∎ Conducting Technical Audit for approval factory.
∎ Ensure the entire group quality and technical process implement and monitoring.
∎ Coordinating with buyer for complaints and implement new requirement.
∎ Responsible for monitoring the existing Technical and Planning Team.
∎ Set up KPI for personal appraisals and evaluate progress for second label base on company strategy and responsible to the all Dept. performance.
∎ Assess material consumption for mass production and control the actual fabric consumption.
∎ Intends to develop local employees with technique and experience.

∎ Age 45 to 60 years

∎ Working Experience with Tesco & M &S standard across all kinds of product categories.
