Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise Production operation of the knit factory.
∎ Develop annual work plan as per order.
∎ Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
∎ Ensure an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
∎ Prepare operation budget in a cost effective manner.
∎ Ensure proper coordination of administrative support services.
∎ Ensure compliance and admin issues of the factory.
∎ Any others job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 15 year(s) with minimum 2 years in garments factory.
∎ Retired Army Officer preferred (Major).
∎ Must stay at Narayanganj City Area.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 150000 (Monthly)
∎ Total package Taka 1.50 lac (includes accommodation & transport)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (50% of basic)
