Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in Marketing, MBA/Masters (in any discipline) from a reputed university (Bachelor degree with an extraordinary ability & experience may also be considered).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulating business strategies: Plan and develop business strategies focusing on Marketing & Merchandising that balance customers' expectations and organization's objectives.
∎ Takes responsibility for overall monitoring and supervision of all merchandising and marketing activities for the company
∎ Tracks and takes necessary steps to ensure the achievement of periodic order booking and delivery targets for the company
∎ Negotiates price and value of company product with customers and finalizes orders
∎ Coordinates with Operations and Integrated Planning for procurement, production planning, and timely dispatch
∎ Coordinates with Production and Quality Assurance departments in addressing customers complaints in a timely and efficient manner
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned "Time and Action Plan" on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Reporting the top management on regular basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ 10 to 12 year(s) working experience in a renowned company in related field.
∎ Strong knowledge about yarn, fabric, Garment, washing, printing and embroidery workshop.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Factory orientation within the career time will be added advantage.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Production, Merchandising, ERP and Compliance.
