• Creative Vision: Strong sense of creativity and innovation to design compelling marketing and merchandising strategies.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to attract international knitwear buyers from the EU, USA, UK, and emerging markets.

• Merchandising Strategy: Lead the merchandising team in preparing product development, costing, price quotations, T&A planning, and order execution

• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing and merchandising team.

• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Collaboration: Coordinate with R&D, Sampling, Planning & Production teams to ensure a smooth order development and fulfillment process.

• Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present performance metrics and sales results reports to senior leadership.
