Merchandising, Production Management (Cutting), Production Management (Sewing), Production Management (Finishing), Production Management (Washing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Buying House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide Leadership & direction to the team to ensure team deliver business objective;
∎ Motivate and develop people;
∎ Monitor and track product development;
∎ Identify new opportunities for marketing, sourcing and supplies from the global market;
∎ Provide best products and competitive price to buyers/customers;
∎ Complete order tracking from tech-pack receipt to shipment;
∎ Review supplier capacity and capabilities;
∎ Review performance of subordinate for suggesting promotions, increments or relocation based on their performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have extensive and up-to-date knowledge (expert level) on technical drawings and product specifications. (Working based on TNA's and formats) including contemporary global apparel market trend and relevant issues and sound knowledge of international production process. Must have excellent negotiation skill with buyers, vendors, and other stakeholders. Must be proficient in resource planning and crisis management. Must have excellent communication skill in both English. Should have basic communication skill in local language. Must be proficient in the use of computer (e.g. MS office, Excel, internet, etc.)
