Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Master degree in Marketing or in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates should be able to source order for factory and fill up monthly order capacity.
∎ Must be capable to contact with direct buyer for business development.
∎ Develop new buyers.
∎ Build and maintain a strong network among different buyers to enhance new business opportunities and product development.
∎ Able to do costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with the suppliers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Make plan for next business season according to product category. Also make strategically business plan to support management goal.
∎ Supervise a team of highly skilled Merchandisers and product teams including quality, planning, in order to secure business, monitor overall order tracking and on-time delivery.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 15 years in Sweater Marketing

Salary: Negotiable
