• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.

Job Summary

Dhaka Heights Properties Ltd. is looking for an experienced, strategic and result-oriented General Manager – Marketing to lead our marketing and sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, driving property sales, managing the marketing team, building strategic relationships and achieving organizational revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute overall marketing and sales strategies for the company’s real estate projects.
• Set annual, quarterly and monthly sales and marketing targets and ensure achievement.
• Lead, supervise and motivate the marketing and sales team.
• Develop effective strategies for residential, commercial, land and property sales.
• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments and potential business channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high-value clients, investors, corporate organizations and business partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, property prices and customer demand.
• Plan and oversee digital marketing, social media, outdoor advertising, events and promotional campaigns.
• Work closely with management to develop project positioning, pricing and promotional strategies.
• Monitor sales performance, lead conversion, customer acquisition and revenue generation.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for senior management.
• Establish effective sales processes, follow-up systems and customer relationship management practices.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales and customer service activities.
• Participate in important client meetings, negotiations and property presentations.
• Ensure professional representation of the company and maintain strong corporate relationships.
