Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review, develop and implement administrative SOP/Policies for smooth functioning of the administrative areas.
∎ Control internal security system in the premises to ensure companies security policy and procedures.
∎ Handle inquiries on all policies and services with proper follow up and solutions
∎ Monitor service levels of office assistants and cleaning team.
∎ Coordinate with the respective service provider for periodical services, repair and maintenance.
∎ Ensure operation of office safety and security including the equipment like CCTV and other firefighting equipment.
∎ Supervise & coordinate all office premises & all administrative issues.
∎ Review comparison on quotations and negotiate charges and fees with service providers.
∎ Review and verify all the purchase requisitions, comparative statements and work orders before placing the final purchase order.
∎ Analyze the market intelligence report and set the procurement strategy.
∎ Supervise subordinates to issue payments to contractors, suppliers and service providers on time.
∎ Develop systems, guidelines, work procedures and service standards for the team.
∎ Plan daily operations schedules and execute accordingly.
∎ Provide on the job training to the team and encourage teamwork and information sharing within the team.
∎ Identify subordinates' training and development needs and provide necessary coaching/training.
∎ Assign tasks to subordinates and review subordinates' performance.
∎ Maintain internal & external communication.
∎ Strategic planning to increase efficiency.
∎ Ensure company's legal documents are updated through arranging timely renewal e.g. trade license, Fire license. Update and renewals of membership with different Chambers and Associations.
∎ Contact with government authority, Police Department.
∎ Monthly / Quarterly budget preparation, projection and analysis.
∎ Monthly reporting to the management.
∎ Ensure the users space requirements and supervise the construction work/renovation/project management/repair and maintenance.
∎ Utility management, cleaning & housekeeping, repair & maintenance, property insurance etc.
∎ Prepare project plan.
∎ Cost Savings/Cost efficiency, Optimum use of existing resources.
∎ Assist on different officials event management activities.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ 26 days holiday including Government and bank holidays.
