Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Setup Institutional Sales/Corporate sales goals and developing corporate sales strategies.
∎ Execute the sales strategy to ensure realizing Organization's Vision.
∎ Hitting monthly targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with Institutional Sales/corporate clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
∎ Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our Farm machineries products (Harvester, Tractor, Rotavator), addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
∎ Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while maximizing sales revenue and profitability.
∎ Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company, consistently striving for growth and expansion in the corporate sales segment.
∎ Liaison with various Government office like Agriculture Ministry.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management
