We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager (Hospital) Dhaka, Sherpur, Cox’s Bazar, Rajshahi to lead our operations, ensure smooth hospital maintenance, and strengthen patient and doctor engagement.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day hospital and diagnostic center operations (clinical, admin, finance, HR, and support services).
- Ensure proper hospital facility maintenance and biomedical equipment management.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policies.
- Develop and implement strategies for hospital growth, patient satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Plan and execute hospital marketing, branding, and business development activities to increase patient flow.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, consultants, and healthcare partners.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures.
- Supervise and guide departmental heads to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure patient-centered care protocols and service excellence.
- Coordinate with corporate clients, insurance companies, and referral networks.
- Report to the Managing Director/Board and support strategic decision-making.
