Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and mentor a team of quality assurance and control professionals.
∎ Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
∎ Monitor production processes to identify potential quality issues and implement corrective measures.
∎ Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures for denim garment production.
∎ Oversee the quality control process from raw material inspection to finished product evaluation.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
∎ Identify and address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
∎ Collaborate with production, design, and supply chain teams to improve quality processes and reduce defects.
∎ Address and resolve quality-related customer complaints and issues.
∎ Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to understand customer needs and expectations.
∎ Prepare and present quality reports and analysis to senior management.
∎ Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, tests, and audits.
∎ Ensure that all products meet internal and external quality standards, including regulatory and environmental requirements.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to denim garment quality.
∎ This is a 100% Export Oriented Readymade Garments Company. Under the group Goldstar Group, we have 5 garments production units, Washing plant with multiple wash facility & C&F.

∎ Head of Quality will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest quality standards across all denim garment production processes. This role will involve developing and implementing robust quality control systems, monitoring production metrics and driving continuous improvement initiatives to deliver exceptional product quality.
