Job Context:
∎ The Management of a reputed Group of Companies 100% Export oriented Knit unit is looking for Factory General Manager.
∎ The candidate must have in depth knowledge on Knitting, Dyeing, Sewing, Production, Cutting Finishing and At least 14-16 years Experience on Sewing,
∎ Leading a workforce and overseeing operation of Knit composite garments factory.
∎ Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations of the factory;
∎ .Ensuring day-to-day production output, product quality and on-time shipment;
∎ Taking necessary steps to track and optimize productivity along with maintaining standard.
∎ Monitoring operations and triggering immediate corrective actions;
∎ Ensuring concerted efforts and coordination among the departments of the production chain.
∎ Managing cost effective and sustainable operations in the factory.
∎ Manager must have full command on Bangladesh Laboure Laws and Compliance requirement of ACCORD & ALLIANCE and other Buyers of Germany, USA, EU .

Job Responsibilities:
∎ For the post of Manager must have 8-10 years working experience in the department in any ACCORD and Alliance accredited Garments Industry.
∎ The applicants must have experience in managing 1500-2000 Employees in a single complaint unit.
∎ The candidate must have in depth knowledge on Bangladesh laboure law & fire safety matters.
∎ The candidate should have sound knowledge on manpower management motivation & training to abide by all compliance issues and buyers Code of Conduct.
∎ Should be fluent both in written & spoken English and be well conversant in computer applications.
∎ The candidate must have experience and ability to communicate with International Audit personnel.

∎ Age 48 to 50 years
