∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Investment/Merchant Banking, IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing comprehensive support for Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP), customization, and development on SAAS, PAAS, and IAAS domains.
∎ Configuring and providing navigational support for Oracle ERP & UI customization.
∎ Supporting customized and standard integrations with Oracle Applications.
∎ Fixing bugs in existing Oracle Apps & developing customized reports.
∎ Performing bulk data loading and providing related support activities in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
∎ Collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to resolve bug issues, implement quarterly updates, and manage operational activities based on requirements.
∎ Assisting with month-end and year-end support activities.
∎ Implementing and managing user and organizational data security based on profiles.
∎ Guiding and managing teams on ERP operational support.
∎ Onboarding ACS (Support Vendor) personnel, monitoring SLA follow-up, and tracking issues.
∎ Optimizing CSU and Human Capital Management processes.
