Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Denim Design Development, Denim Washing (Dry Process), Denim Washing (Wet Process), Garment Sector: Denim Bottom (Woven), Garments Washing Plant
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Factory Manager will oversee all daily operations of the plant.
∎
∎ Responsible for daily production output, product quality and daily on-time delivery.
∎
∎ Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day washing operations.
∎
∎ Factory Head will report directly to MD.
∎
∎ Will be responsible for managing all types of washing chemicals.
∎
∎ Will be responsible to manage machinery maintenance and improvement.
∎
∎ Will directly lead chemical preparation section.
∎
∎ Must work closely on the floor with each section.
∎
∎ Directly lead worker training and improvement planning.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
