Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement Marketing & Sales plan and strategies of Tyre Sales based on Market Analysis to maximize the market share.
∎ Plan, organize, direct to meet sales budget.
∎ Understand clients need and identify the scope for sales opportunity.
∎ Responsible for market expansion & manage the distributor business.
∎ Proper knowledge of product and also team management aiming to achieve monthly or annual target.
∎ Ability to go through in details on the Market situation and find out opportunities for new market growth.
∎ Play a leading role to conduct thorough market research on local market to find potential buyer and dealer and take Necessary action to convert this potential buyer to satisfied customer.
∎ To Maintain customer database, relationship and liaison with existing as well as prospective corporate customers.
∎ Finance/accounting knowledge is Must.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience on Sales & Marketing.
∎ Knowledge of Tyre industry's product.
∎ Knowledge on Supply chain.
∎ Experience of leading a team.
∎ Experience of business planning.
∎ Proper reporting skill to the management.
∎ Implementing successful tyre sale strategies.
∎ Creative, strong organizational skills and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
∎ Sales network management.
∎ Expert on affiliate marketing.
∎ Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
