• Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Lead and mentor project managers, site supervisors, and construction teams.

• Project Oversight:

  • Oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion.

  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.

  • Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings.

• Financial Management:

  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost estimates.

  • Monitor and control expenditures and profitability of projects.

  • Approve contracts, change orders, and procurement.

• Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and develop construction staff.

  • Set performance objectives and conduct evaluations.

• Safety & Compliance:

  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure OSHA and local regulatory compliance.

  • Promote a culture of safety and accountability.

• Client Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.

  • Address and resolve issues or concerns in a timely manner.

• Reporting & Documentation:

  • Provide regular reports to senior leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.

  • Ensure accurate project documentation and record keeping.
