Experience:

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any Private/Public University.

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

• Age 30 to 40 years

Prior experience in the engineering/ steel structure sector’s;

Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans in pre-fabricated steel structure/construction business and import & export of pre-fabricated steel structures;

Supporting to the Japanese Companies in the project work while executing the projects;

Good Leadership and Management Skills;

Must have experience to work with foreign management and know the expectation of foreign management and also know the culture of foreign Companies.

Understanding the requirement of clients on pre-fabricated steel structure and developing and supporting in projects accordingly, coordination with the foreign and local clients and facilitating the in-house engineering teams;

Supervision to Construction project (including proposal, planning, coordination, progress monitoring, quality control, quality calculation);

Conduct and support on-site investigations and analyze data for pre-fabricated steel structure of commercial building, factory structure, residential building and any kinds of pre-fabricated steel structures expertise;

Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations to increase sales of pre-fabricated steel structure.
