Experience:

• 7 to 10 years

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any Private/Public University.

• 7 to 10 years

• Age 28 to 40 years

Prior experience in the engineering/construction/steel structure sector’s;

Supporting to the Japanese Companies in the project work while executing the projects;

Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans in pre-fabricated steel structure/construction business and import & export of pre-fabricated steel structures;

Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Tekla, SAP 2000, PrimaveraP6 etc.;

Must have experience to work with foreign management, know the expectation of foreign management and also know the culture of foreign Companies.

• Understanding the requirement of clients and ensuring accurate execution of project designs and specifications and coordination with the foreign and local clients and facilitating the project of technical expertise pre-fabricated steel structure sector and projects; 

• Supervision to construction project (maps, reports, tests, drawings, and others) must be good at understanding drawings and designs;

• Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data for pre-fabricated steel structure of commercial building, factory structure, residential building and any kinds of pre-fabricated steel structures expertise;

• Prepare and implement the installation of materials and equipment for compliance with drawings, specifications, project scoping, subcontractor management and value engineering.
