Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience to work in 5 Star hotel/ resort, 4 star hotel/ resort in managerial level will be preferable.
∎ Experience in opening, managing or re-positioning a hotel with a clear track record.
∎ Experience in financial accounting, personnel supervision, and problem resolution is an added advantage.
∎ Excellent computer system skills, including hotel management software.
∎ Leadership, Managing Capability, communication and interpersonal skill.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support and work with all Heads of Departments (HODs) in the resort both Manikgonj and Cox’s Bazar.
∎ Ensure resort premises are neat and clean and in operative conditions.
∎ Conduct regular operations team meetings with all department head daily to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets, guest feedback action taken for service recovery, and any staff issues. The minutes of the meetings are to be sent to the Director.
∎ Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during daily routine operational checks.
∎ Monitor the purchase/indent/requisitions of each department.
∎ Randomly inspect the stores to check the stock in hand (quality, stock levels, expiry etc.) with the concern person.
∎ Dealing with Suppliers / Vendors for quality products involving the Purchase Officer and providing performance assessments of vendors.
∎ Prepare the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
∎ Inspect all departments with their respective Managers for cleanliness, ambiance, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture.
∎ Monitor the coordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operations.
∎ Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery process.
∎ Conduct periodic training in consultation with the Director to upskill the human capital.
∎ Conduct weekly/daily meetings with marketing people for inquiry & follow up & conversion to grow up the business.
∎ Monitor and maintain operations & overhead costs to maintain maximum revenue.
∎ Be available on call 24 hours a day to resolve any urgent problems or emergencies.
∎ Fully responsible for all aspects of all departments in the resort.
