Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare monthly sales plan and develop ways to achieve the target.
Tracking sales trend & suggest corrective actions.
Work with the top management in policy formulation.
Work closely with the sales force and monitor their day-to-day performance, monitoring the competition and analyzing competitors` strategies.
Tracking competitor`s movement & analyzing the market.
Implement effective marketing and promotional plans.
