Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Preference will be given to who completed PGDHRM course.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide strategic leadership and direction for the administrative department, including managing a team of administrative professionals.
∎ Develop, implement, and update administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and regulatory requirements.
∎ Manage budgetary and resource allocation for the administrative department, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
∎ Oversee the maintenance and security of corporate facilities, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.
∎ Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective solutions for the organization.
∎ Oversee the implementation and maintenance of administrative systems, software, and technology infrastructure to improve efficiency and productivity.
∎ Oversee HR-related administrative functions such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
∎ Ensure that the organization complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
∎ Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations.
∎ Lead or participate in special projects or initiatives as assigned by senior management.
∎ Foster effective communication within the administrative department and across other departments, promoting a collaborative work environment.
∎ Supervise the affairs of the Legal Department as well the Legal Counsels empaneled, thus follow up the legal impending legal matters to safeguard company's best interests.

∎ Age 42 to 45 years
