Job Responsibilities:
∎ General Manager, who has initiative, experience in garment accessories sector, drive and self-motivation to take challenge to deliver high quality results.
∎ He has to take lead of embroidery and screen printing operation.
∎ Should have willingness to work under pressure
∎ Monitor, verify and adjustment of floor management through balancing of man, machine and material.
∎ Follow up sample development as per merchant/buyer requirement , submit developed sample , take approval and run bulk production with same harmony
∎ To ensure smooth flow of production with maximum target at optimum quality.
∎ To ensure the delivery of the products within the stipulated time frame through a proper production plan.
∎ Coordinate with concern departments (Merchants/ Buyers) and follow up to reduce Non Productive time.
∎ Monitor hourly production and ensure correct method so that the production output is as per the desire limit.
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance.
∎ Analyze and assess product risks, critical operations, quality issues in advance before production.
∎ Ensuring Optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity.
∎ Improvement of existing products using optimized level of Raw material.
∎ Must have color, shade and dyeing knowledge so that monitor outside dyeing suppliers DTM yarn quality.
∎ Vast knowledge on narrow fabric related product line.
∎ Wastage reduction through training operators and work process improvement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Very good knowledge in garments accessories.
∎ Reporting and quantitative analytical ability.
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Willingness to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure.
