Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

“An international standard 5- star Hotel/Resort based in greater Sylhet region is looking for an experienced Hotel Manager (HM) or General Manager (GM), depending on the experience of the applicant. The Hotel/Resort presently employs nearly 200 personnel and all its departments are being run by respective Departmental Managers. An HM or GM will be the full operational boss of the establishment except for Finance and Sales & Marketing which is overseen by the Managing Director himself. The HM or GM will report to the MD. The desired applicant must have a degree in Hospitality Management and atleast 10 years of hotel departmental management operations. He/She must have atleast three years’ experience as a Hotel/Resort General Manager. Overseas working experience will be given priority consideration. Salary and Benefits will be commensurate with experience.”
