Experience:

• At least 10 years

• National or Foreign degree or post-graduate degree in Hospitality Management

• At least 10 years

• Age 40 to 55 years

• Minimum 10 years of which atleast 3 years as GM.

Additional Requirements:

• Must possess highly developed communication skills - written and verbal.
• Must have good command on Oral & Written English.
• The desired applicant must have a degree in Hospitality Management and atleast 10 years of hotel departmental management operation. 
• He/She must have atleast three years’ experience as a Hotel/Resort General Manager. 
• Overseas working experience will be given priority consideration. Salary and Benefits will be commensurate with experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• An international 5- star standard Hotel/Resort based in greater Sylhet region is looking for an experienced Hotel Manager (HM) or General Manager (GM), depending on the experience of the applicant.
• The Hotel/Resort presently employs 200 personnel and all its departments are being run by respective Departmental Managers. An HM or GM will be the full operational boss of the establishment except for Sales & Marketing which is overseen by the Managing Director.
• The HM or GM will report to the MD.

• Salary: Depending of qualifications and experience.
