Job Context:
∎ We are looking for General Manager who will actively implement business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. Duties for the General Manager will include allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors, hiring and training employees, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities.
∎ New Customer development, introducing new customers to the factory, achieve organization business target.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking care of all responsibilities of 40 sewing line export oriented Lingerie, Activewear Industry (from customer development to shipment, and taking care full operation management)
∎ Have to take care total operation of the factory and lead the Marketing, Production, Business growth, all the technical and administrative departments.
∎ Active role in new buyer development, introducing them to factory, increase business growth, train the mid Management and implement new policies to maximize the growth, minimizing the operational cost
∎ directly report to Managing Director
∎ Control over smooth supply chain of raw materials
∎ Technical expertise development among Bangladeshi workers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have practical working experience in Lingerie factory
∎ Sportswear factory working experience will be added advantage.
∎ Strong communication skill in English, french/german language fluency will be added advantage
