• Conduct development meeting when inquiry receives, collecting relevant stakeholders such as Pattern tech, planning, Technical and production team.

• Analysis the design sketch, tech pack, understand and clarify design intend.

• Clarify technical specification, construction and workmanship, placement details, embellishment details, washing requirement, product feasibility, low cost and revert back to customer for further clarifications with correct rational.

• Work closely with pattern makers in order to ensure that all garments which are produced are technically viable for design and quality parameters as specified by the customer.

• Follow up critical path through whole product development life cycle while providing necessary guidance.

• Advise and communicate effectively with the Development team based on style detail, special requirement, comments, production difficulties in order to ensure that the garment is constructed as per specifications and meets the performance criteria such as production feasibility and fit.

• Ensure customer requirement, spec measurement, quality of the product, Styling detail, labeling, washing standard, safety matters, testing.

• Ensure right fit, draping on mannequin and clarify with senior team and customer before dispatch.

• Accuracy of pre screening, Fit log, PLM upload and provide to customer in timely manner.

• Confirm accuracy of spec as per the fit and minimum standards together with pattern Tech.

• Conduct comments review meeting and do the necessary amendments with pattern tech and clarify comments to development team.

• Review product with buying tech and clarify amendment with buying tech.

• Ensuring the pre production sample is prepared with actual fabrics & trims.

• Attend to Risk analysis meeting to explain the history details come across in development stage.

• Ensure that all information related to new developments such as patterns, technical data, Machinery attachments which includes folder attachments etc. are transferred to bulk production accurately and effectively.

• Provide the necessary support and expert knowledge in finalizing standard minute value and operation breakdowns along with the central IE department.
