Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working with designers/sample section to make sure the design suits production methods
∎ working with pattern graders to size pre-production garments and advising cutters and machinists on making up samples
∎ Checking sample garments and making any changes needed to make it production friendly.
∎ Analyze risk for upcoming style and take preventive actions.
∎ Suggest and implement correct method to produce quality garments.
∎ Check and verify pre-adjusted types of machinery to comply with specifications.
∎ Performing root cause analysis for any error and suggest corrective and preventive action.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 08 years of working experience.
∎ Must have experience of working on Denim bottom. Preferably with European buyers.
∎ Knowledge of pattern making, grading, and industrial workmanship.
∎ Good sense of communication.
∎ Fastness with accuracy.
∎ Positive team spirit.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Good command of spoken and written English.
∎ Knowledge in CAD system (Lectra or other pattern making software).
∎ Proficiency in MS office such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and related drawing software.
∎ Must be fluent at English (Reading, writing, and speaking)
