Minimum 7 years of experience as a Garment Technician (Knitwear / Woven / Denim)·
Good knowledge and understanding of garment construction, fitting, pattern and grading knowledge·
Good communication and problem-solving skills.·
Good written and verbal communication in English·
Proficiency in Database, MS Excel, PLM systems is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
Review and interpret tech packs, patterns, and specifications.
Create and update measurement specs, construction comments, and grading
Understand buyer technical comments and garment fittings.
Support sample development and conduct fit sessions with detailed feedback.
Collaborate with design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure product quality.
Any other task as and when required by the management.
