Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage a team of RMs to maintain close relationship with the delinquent Corporate & SME borrowers to ensure proper recovery;
∎ Effective follow-up & measures to increase NPL recovery and up-gradation of Bank’s asset quality;
∎ Ensure proper management of divisional budget in line with business plan and establish organizational values & goals;
∎ Income generation through multiple sources for increasing profit of the Bank;
∎ Maintain effective communication with internal Divisions, Branches, regulatory bodies and other external beneficiary stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years experience in banking/NBFI with 5 years in relevant field
∎ Excellent negotiation skill & Customer focused
∎ Strong Analytical & Leadership skill
∎ Interpersonal communication skill
∎ Knowledge on legal framework, relevant laws & regulations, central bank’s circulars, guidelines
