• Minimum 4 years of experience in web development. 4+ years of experience in PHP and relevant frameworks
• Expertise in PHP: Strong knowledge of PHP. Working experience with PHP 8.x.x is a must.
• Proficiency in Laravel: Strong experience in developing and maintaining applications using
• Laravel, including a deep understanding of its core features and best practices. Working experience with the latest versions like Laravel 9.x or higher is a must.
• Advanced Eloquent ORM Knowledge: Proven experience with Eloquent ORM, including relationships, scopes, and query building.
• Database Optimization Skills: Expertise in MySQL and proficiency in writing optimized queries and using indexing strategies to enhance performance.
• Front-End Development: Solid experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js or React or Angular) is highly recommended.
• API Development and Security: Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience in implementing API authentication and security best practices.
• Version Control with Git: Proficient in using Git for version control, with knowledge of workflows like Git Flow.
• Experience with Docker: Proven experience in containerization using Docker is a must.
• Understanding of DevOps Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Problem-solving abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Advanced Laravel Features: Knowledge of Laravel features such as events, middleware, queues, and broadcasting.
• Experience with Kubernetes: Knowledge on orchestration with Kubernetes is a plus.
• Understanding of Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Digital Ocean, AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Agile/Scrum Development Experience: Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies for project management and development.

Job Context:

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack developers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP Laravel + ReactJS/ Vue.js /Angular

Job Location: Dhaka (On-site and Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using Full Stack Laravel PHP and related technologies.

• Design, code, and maintain database objects, stored procedures, and other application components.

• Work with the product and design teams to develop user interfaces and other client-side logic.

• Collaborate with other developers to create solutions that meet the business and technical requirements.

• Utilize best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality code.

• Troubleshoot and debug existing applications and identify areas for improvement.

• Perform unit testing of developed code to ensure it meets the requirements.

• Ensure that applications adhere to security and performance standards.

• Monitor and maintain system health and performance.

• Develop and document technical specifications for projects.

• Develop, test, and deploy robust web applications using Laravel + ReactJS/ Vue.js /Angular.

• Ability to work collaboratively with other developers, designers, and QA.
