• BSc in CSE/EEE/IT or equivalent (flexible if skilled)

• Strong experience in Laravel or Node.js (at least one).

• Frontend experience with Vue.js or React.

• Solid knowledge in MySQL, Eloquent ORM, REST API.

• Familiarity with Git, API versioning, and deployment processes.

• Good understanding of security practices (XSS, CSRF, SQL Injection).

• Experience in writing API documentation using Postman or Swagger·.

• Experience in team collaboration and task management

• Design and develop both backend (API) and frontend (UI) for web applications

• Build secure, scalable RESTful APIs using Laravel or Node. js

• Develop modern user interfaces with Vue.js or React

• Implement user authentication systems (JWT, OAuth)

• Integrate 3rd-party SDKs like bKash, SSLCommerz, Firebase

• Handle logic for attendance, leave, booking, messaging, etc.

• Collaborate closely with mobile app and backend teams

• Write clean, maintainable code and follow version control best practices

• Prepare and maintain API documentation (Postman/Swagger)
