About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer (PHP/Laravel) to join our dynamic team in Dhaka. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Developing and maintaining robust back-end systems using PHP and Laravel.
Building responsive and interactive front-end interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Designing and optimizing MySQL databases for high performance and scalability.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy web applications.
Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues across the stack.
Ensuring code quality, security, and maintainability through best practices and testing.
Participating in Agile/Scrum workflows (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives).
Key Responsibilities -
Back-End Development:
Strong expertise in PHP (Laravel framework) for API and server-side logic.
Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
Database design schemas, optimization, and querying in MySQL/MongoDB,PostgreSQL.
Authentication & security best practices (JWT, OAuth, CSRF protection).
Front-End Development:
Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with front-end frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Alpine.js is a plus).
Knowledge of Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar UI frameworks.
Full-Stack & DevOps:
Experience with Git version control and collaborative workflows.
Basic knowledge of Linux server environments & deployment (Apache/Nginx).
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Additional Requriement is plus:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable ERP modules and/or microservices.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Node.js, Nest.js, Next.js and Express.js.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.
Participate in technical planning and system design discussions and provide innovative solutions.
Position: 2 - MERN Stack Developer
About the Role:
We seek a MERN Stack Developer with 1+ years of experience to develop enterprise-grade web applications meeting international standards for:
E-commerce platforms (High-traffic, multi-vendor systems)
ERP solutions (Inventory, CRM, accounting modules)
Complex SaaS products (multi-tenant architectures)
PHP/Laravel experience is valuable for legacy system integrations.
