NGEN IT LIMITED is seeking highly capable Business Development Executives with proven B2B technology sales experience to expand our market in Industrial Hardware, Automation Solutions, IoT devices, and Enterprise Software Solutions.
The position focuses on enterprise, industrial, and government sector clients, including industries such as Oil & Gas, Power & Energy, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, and Public Sector organizations.
This role is strictly for experienced sales professionals who have successfully generated revenue and closed deals in B2B technology markets.
Applicants without proven sales achievements, revenue responsibility, or business development experience will not be considered.
Identify and develop new opportunities for Industrial Automation, Smart Devices, IIoT solutions, and Corporate Software products
Build relationships with enterprise clients, industrial plants, and government organizations
Expand market presence through strategic account development
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and opportunity funnel
Generate leads through:
LinkedIn and professional networks
Corporate outreach and cold calls
Industry events, seminars, and exhibitions
Email marketing campaigns
Direct engagement with procurement teams and decision-makers
Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable industrial and enterprise technology solutions
Prepare technical proposals, commercial quotations, and presentations
Negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements
Monitor trends in industrial automation, IIoT, cybersecurity, and enterprise software
Conduct competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities
Applicants must meet ALL of the following requirements:
✔ Minimum 2–3 years proven experience in B2B technology sales
✔ Experience selling Industrial Hardware / Automation / Enterprise Software / IT Solutions
✔ Demonstrated sales achievements or revenue generation responsibilities
✔ Strong ability to approach and engage corporate and government clients
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
✔ Minimum capability to generate 20–30 lakh BDT monthly revenue pipeline expected
✔ Only candidates with an active corporate or industry client network should apply
✔ Applicants must demonstrate at least 3 major deal closures in previous roles
