You should be comfortable with:

• Running / deploying tools on a VPS
• Setting up frontend + backend
• Connecting and managing databases
• Integrating AI models (OpenAI, Claude, or API-based)
• Working with no-code / low-code flows (Copilot, Bubble, Retool, Appsmith, etc.)
• Writing clean logic without over-complicating things
• Turning raw ideas into a working tool fast
• If you know how to build AI tools without heavy coding, even better.

Experience

• You must have at least 2 years of work experience with any reputable software company.

We are BenWil Marketing Agency. A small but fast-moving digital agency in Bangladesh. As technology evolves, we evolve too.

We started to build AI tools using Visual Studio + GitHub Copilot as a side project. Now we are looking for someone who can help us scale these ideas into proper tools.

We have many software ideas ready, and we need someone who can turn them into real products - clean, simple, functional, and fast.

Work Schedule

• 9 AM - 5.30 PM
• Sunday - Thursday
• 100% on-site. You must be able to work from our Chittagong office.

Who We Are Looking For

• A No-Code / Low-Code AI Developer who can set up structure, plan the architecture, and make final decisions.
• This is a solo developer role.

What You’ll Work On

• Internal AI tools for automation
• Small SaaS-style tools
• API connections
• Dashboard-style interfaces
• Scripts for lead gen, SEO, and marketing workflows
• Most tools are small/medium - nothing enterprise-level.

• Festival Bonus: 2

50% of your basic salary
