Job Context:
∎ We are now hiring some Front End Developers to help us keep growing. Develop new user-facing features. As a Front End Developer, you will be responsible for implementing visual elements that are visible from the computer user`s vantage point within a web application. You will combine the art of design with the science of programming.
∎ You will be responsible for the translation of UI/UX design wireframes to actual code. There are times you will be expected to work independently to meet tight deadlines following design guidelines.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with design, product management, and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive, and interactive interfaces across multiple devices.
∎ Turning UI/UX designs into prototypes, creating excellent interactions from designs, writing reusable content modules, and maintainability of the code.
∎ Implement UI development principles to ensure that the product client-side serves at scale.
∎ Review and optimize the app usage by monitoring key metrics and rectifying the issues proactively.
∎ An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and bring in optimal flow for rapidly changing design/ technology.
∎ Write well-structured code that is easy to maintain and understand.
∎ Build applications that adapt and work well across different devices and screen sizes.
∎ Ensure that the applications work consistently across different web browsers and devices. Also, test and debug code to address any compatibility issues that may arise.
∎ Eagerness to continuously learn new skills and techniques to improve their craft and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
∎ Experience with CSS preprocessors such as Sass or Less
∎ Responsive design and mobile development
∎ Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
∎ Knowledge and expertise in front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular and Vue.js
∎ Comfortable in working with branches, merging code, and resolving conflicts.
∎ Strong communication skills in order to work with designers, back-end developers, and other members.
∎ Knowledge of browser developer tools such as Chrome DevTools
∎ Should be able to write code that works across browsers and solve any issues that may arise.
∎ Should have a good eye for design and an understanding of design principles
∎ Have a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
