Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Able to operate PABX machine thoroughly.
∎ Handle incoming and outgoing calls with greetings in a professional way.
∎ Able to provide information, forward calls ,couriers, take messages and transfer information to appropriate person.
∎ Welcome the clients, visitors or guests and maintain the front area.
∎ Must be well conversant in phone calls.
∎ Able to gently entertain the guests at office premise.
