- Ability to multitask and handle front desk responsibilities independently.

Responsibilities & Context: We are seeking a smart and well-mannered female Front Desk Executive & Office Secretary to manage reception duties and provide administrative support to the management. The candidate must have good communication skills, a pleasant speaking style, and a long-term commitment to the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and business partners, ensuring a professional and welcoming front desk environment.
- Receive, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle general inquiries related to tour packages, air ticketing, visa services, Hajj & Umrah, corporate travel, and medical tourism, and forward them to the concerned department when required.
- Manage front desk operations, including receiving guests, handling walk-in clients, and maintaining visitor records.
- Perform basic secretarial duties, including typing letters, emails, notices, and simple reports in Bangla and English.
- Manage official correspondence through email, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and other digital communication platforms as instructed by management.
- Maintain and organize office records, files, documents, and registers in both physical and digital formats.
- Assist in internal coordination with different departments as and when required by management.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining office stationery, and assisting in day-to-day office operations.
- Ensure confidentiality of official information and documents.
- Perform any other duties related to front desk, administration, or coordination as assigned by management from time to time.
