• Experience in customer service, public relations, medical tourism, or travel agency operations is essential.

• Proficiency in using social media platforms, WhatsApp, email, and basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to handle sensitive health information with confidentiality and professionalism.

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Customer Care Executive to handle inquiries and provide support services related to medical tourism. The role involves handling client inquiries related to medical tourism, assisting with travel and treatment coordination, and communicating with partner hospitals. Candidates with knowledge of basic medical terminology and a customer-focused mindset are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and messages from potential patients and clients related to medical tourism services.

• Respond promptly and professionally to queries received via Facebook page, WhatsApp, email, or other digital platforms.

• Collect necessary medical and travel-related documents from clients and ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Prepare client files and forward the documents to partner hospitals via email or WhatsApp for consultation and further processing.

• Maintain active communication with the assigned personnel at partner hospitals to track case status, treatment plans, and feedback.

• Receive and relay medical advice or recommendations from the hospital to the clients in a clear and sensitive manner.

• Maintain timely and professional follow-up with clients regarding their cases.

• Regularly check office emails and respond or escalate as necessary.

• Ensure proper record-keeping and documentation of each case.

• Assist with follow-up communication and post-treatment inquiries as needed.

• Ensure confidentiality of patient information and maintain professional handling of all medical documents and conversations.
