Customer Care, Front Desk, Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend to clients for account opening procedures, unit purchase and client database maintenance
∎ Attend phone call of existing clients to solve any issues / queries and make phone call to potential clients for promoting the products
∎ Organize official events
∎ Manage day to day administrative and HR work
∎ Welcome visitors and notify the appropriate personnel of their arrivals.
∎ Operate a multi-line telephone system to answer incoming telephone calls to appropriate personnel
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to deal with clients/visitors with a positive approach.
∎ Excellent inter personal skills along with proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
∎ Self-motivated, energetic & dynamic personality who can perform assigned task under pressure situation and ability to complete all assignments in a timely and effective manner.
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office (specially Excel, Power Point and Word)
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Well groomed
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
