Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in sales (Mutual Fund, FDR, DPS), preferably within an Asset Management Company, Bank, NBFI, or Insurance Company.

  • Proven track record in achieving large sales targets, particularly in selling mutual funds, deposit products, or insurance policies.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex sales scenarios.

  • Capacity to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining a results-oriented mindset.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead the promotion and sales of mutual fund products to high-value and priority clients.

  • Strategize and execute sales plans to meet and exceed large sales targets.

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure sustained business growth.

  • Identify and engage potential high-net-worth investors, providing tailored solutions to meet their investment needs.

  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of priority sales accounts, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Drive the acquisition of new clients through targeted lead generation and follow-up activities.

  • Mentor and guide junior sales executives to enhance team performance and achieve collective goals.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market demand.
