ISP, IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring infrastructure – Must know the inner workings of and the functionalities of NOC infrastructure to be able to monitor it accurately for glitches.
∎ Monitor systems – Must be proficient at how to monitor systems and what to look for
∎ Reporting – Must be skilled at reporting different aspects of a network properly.
∎ Monitor the performance and capability of DC & DR
∎ Vendor Management,
∎ Technical issues are complicated which needs an immediate response or troubleshooting
∎ Knowledge about Fortinet and Cisco , Palo Alto, F5, Kubernetes, MySql, PostgreSQL, Docker.
∎ Maximizes network performance by monitoring tools Nagios, Solar wind, Manage Engine
∎ Knowledge about Data center-related EMS, Power, Temperatures monitoring.
