Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have ownership for new client forwarding business of country sales and Operation.
∎ Lead and manage new client opportunities of customers jointly with country sales team and Operation..
∎ Follow up client RFQs and coordinate internal stakeholders for preparation of service proposal and price.
∎ Handle ad-hoc inquiry for client forwarding service.
∎ Engage implementation of any new services in collaboration with the related functions at origins/destinations
∎ Create, distribute, and maintain Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with Sales, client product and Customer Service.
∎ Lead new route development jointly with Sales and client product (or) Operation team.
∎ Review client performance and develop growth plan
∎ Consultative selling approach for existing and new customers in key industries: Garment, Automotive, ICT etc.
∎ Support Sales representatives and Operation team for client sales skill up.
∎ Handle customer complaint and claim by engaging internal stakeholders and support
∎ Manage customer's expectation and long- term relationship.
∎ Achieve client Volume and Gross profit target of country sales team and Operation.
∎ Client business review (performance and pipelines)
∎ Continuously focus on penetrating other areas of the business for additional support and to uncover additional business opportunities
∎ Ensure all client policies and regulatory requirements are adhered to
∎ Understand accounts' business strategy & requirement for client; continually focus efforts on growing client business from existing accounts and new accounts.
∎ Continuously pursue competitive service proposal jointly with client product team.
∎ Identify & Qualify growth opportunities and develop a strategy to secure opportunities with the appropriate internal resources
∎ Create a business development plan with short- and long-term business objectives, and initiatives.

∎ Thorough knowledge of international transportation and freight forwarding
∎ Thorough knowledge of successful sales techniques
∎ Excellent written and verbal skills, including presentation skills (English)

∎ Ideally at least 5 years' experience in the freight forwarding companies.
∎ Minimum three years sales or operation experience for forwarding service.
∎ Internal/external sales skills and communication skills for coordination and negotiation.
∎ Consultative selling ability
∎ Problem resolution skill
∎ Skills for Microsoft excel and analytic ability.
∎ Experiences for business development for Large and SME local & MNC customers.
