Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for preparing production planning, achieving targets, and maintaining delivery dates
∎ Maintaining and coordinating between different production floors, merchandising, and other relevant departments
∎ Must have sound knowledge about leather and footwear breakdown and modern layout system
∎ Must have extensive knowledge of footwear costing
∎ Measuring line SMV, efficiency, and productivity
∎ Providing technical solutions and trouble shootings for shoe upper production
∎ Must be a team player with excellent leadership skills to run production for quality products and shipment on time
∎ Identifying the problems, discussing them with the technical team, and giving early alerts to minimize the problem to ensure delivery on time
∎ Any other job assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Sound lasting knowledge
∎ Very good people management skills
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Hardworking and motivated
∎ Able to handle tremendous pressure and meet the deadline
